Elite Recruiting was created as a tool to connect Women's College Basketball Coaches to Girls High School Basketball Players across the country.  It is spear-headed by Lissa Lawrence, a former basketball player and coach who is currently a sports videographer and Matt Houser, a former professional player who is currently a girls basketball coach.

Matt Houser, Co-Owner

Played at Laguna Hills High School, graduated in 1996. Coach Houser went on to play at Irvine Valley College 1996-1998, and then played at CSU Chico State 1998-2000. While playing in college he received Student Athlete awards three years in a row. He has played professional basketball in Germany, Switzerland, France, and Portugal. During his professional career he has received League MVP, Euro Cup All Tournament, Team MVP, and Switzerland All Defensive Team. He has participated in preseason training camps for both the LA Lakers and Dallas Mavericks. He has coached club basketball for four years, and personally trains DIV I players.

Lissa Lawrence, Co-Owner

Lissa Lawrence comes from the world of girls basketball.  She played on three State Championship teams from 1998-2000.  After high school, Lissa went to Chapman University in Orange, California and graduated in 2004 with a BFA in Film and Television.  After graduation, Lissa began her own business, Silver Circle Productions, as a videographer specializing in sports videos.  Lissa has been playing, coaching and/or filming girls basketball since 1995.
